Tim Corfield
Tim is a second-generation antiques expert and has accrued a lifetime's knowledge of fine furniture having been a member of The British Antique Dealers Association before setting up as an independent consultant some 15 years ago. He has an unerring eye for a genuine piece and is also an expert in assessing restoration requirements, having managed a large restoration business. He has helped to create and maintain a number of important private collections in Britain and the United States, notably in Silicon Valley and New York.
Daniel Morris
Daniel is a former director of Sotheby's and an expert in English furniture of the 18th and 19th centuries. During his tenure at Sotheby's Daniel oversaw numerous high-profile auctions and was involved in the cataloguing and researching of a number of England's greatest country house collections, putting him in an ideal position to advise on authenticity and value. Daniel writes a regular column for the Sunday Telegraph newspaper, lectures on a number of topics within his field, and has worked on a range of publications.
